What is the name of your state?massachuetts my sister was married to a guy in the coast guard.she went to pick up the kids and he assaulted her. he was arrested by the state police.she currently has a restraining order on him for one year. his guns were taken away but just reciently the armery gave them back. he has threatened suicide in the past. what military legal steps can i take to get the guns away and get him help. he lies so much the coast guard did nothing to him when he assaulted her. what should they have done?please help

Call the local base staff judge advocate's office (legal office) and ask to speak with someone regarding military justice.
