What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.
My question is, if a Marine is only married 7 months, to a Female former marine, who subsequently leaves the male marine and moves to another state, does he have to pay her any support since she abandoned him, and he was already receiving BAH( Basic allowance for Housing) on right? She left on her own accord and is now trying to take him to the bank. They have no children together.

No, 7 months is not long enough for any type of spousal support. You need to notify housing to change you BAH, because you will need to return to the dorm or off base.

I'd think state divorce laws would govern here, and the amount (if any) of the support owed is probably determined by some type of predefined schedule. It may be worth consulting an attorney, since you are probably looking at a divorce action.
