What is the name of your state?Kansas. Five years ago my wife had her tubes tied/cut(I am not for sure which one).She has been feeling sick lately and went to the doctor where they diagnosed her as being pregnant. If for some reason this pregnancy goes full term, is there any legal action that we can take against the doctor/hospital who performed this procedure?
