I just recieved my first payment of retro benefits. I did not realize that my checks would be seperate from my wifes and children. Do they pay retroactive for the family benefits, as mine was paid from Feb. 2003 will they go back to that date also for the family? Also the lawyers fee, he recieved 25% of my check whitch was very close to his cap of $5,400.00 with a seperate check does he get the differance to his max.(cap) or will he get 25% of that check also.
