My husband and I have had a rocky marriage and we would like to give it another chance but we have agreed to sign a post-nuptual. He is worried about his medical degree that he will be receiving during our marriage and wants me to give up all rights to it. And I want him to give up rights to everything I own. Is it possible to agree to give-up rights to the above things through a post nuptual?
