Thinking about a Seperation..Please Help

My husband and I have been married for 4 months and we're about to seperate or just get a divorce. We moved into an apartment a few months ago, but we put the lease in his name since I have bad credit, I'm not even on the lease.
My question is I want him to leave, do I have the right to keep him out, can he kick me out? What can I do because I have no place else to go, I want to stay in our apartment but I don't want him to stay.
