We are looking to see if anyone knows or is a lawyer that maybe interested in taking on a case under contingency. We are suing the bank for 6 million dollars for damages. We have all the documents/evidence that shows that the bank has breach of contract, change loan agreement after the borrower signed, refusing to release Deed of Trust after 9 months after the loan has been paid off.
It can be a general practice lawyer but prefer to have banking / real estate background.
