What is the name of your state? Arizona

My divorce is almost complete in Arizona, scheduled for trial in less than a month, but a couple months back my fiance and I got a little crazy in Vegas and got married. To not make matters worse with my divorce I didn't file any annulment paperwork so the courts wouldn't find out and come after me. Once my divorce is finished, will the marriage from Vegas be legal?

well, thank you for the chance to be runner up, but is there an answer out there? Under these circumstances, what happens to the Vegas marriage after the Arizona marriage is dissolved?

My response:

I'm going to take a wild stab at this by asking you - - Have you ever heard of the word "Bigamy"? Look it up. It's the reason why most people don't do what you did. That's why your post was so stupid. But, that's why you wrote in the first place because you not only knew that it was stupid, but that it's a criminal violation of Nevada law. Do you remember signing your Marriage License under "Oath"? You lied. One day, you might meet Bertha behind bars.

Good luck, but you're screwed - - in more ways than one.
