I'm not real clear on what you're asking. You agreed to pay your g/f some amount? Or you agreed to pay your wife to get out of paying the g/f?

Either way - you will be ordered to support your kid w/the g/f. If your wife leaves you, you'll be ordered to support your teenage daughter.

If you meant something different - please try clarifying.

LOL You're gonna get screwed to the wall, my friend. Once they figure out what you've done, you will likely have your CS for your son upped and arrears tacked on (plus interest). You will also likely be fined. If your ex had any legal fees, you can expect to be paying them for her, as well as any court costs. If the judge is pissed off enough, you might get to check out life behind bats for a bit. Depending on how your little game may have affected your taxes, the IRS may get involved.

Of course, your wife had no problem with any of this? Does she know why you committed fraud? Be prepared for her to file for divorce and open up another CS case against you.

In short - you're buggered.
