What is the name of your state? NE

Someone very close to me, was a little less than bright and changed the quantity of a perscription for her daughter after she just had a cesarean section. It was obviously a narcotic. She has a clean record. What are the odds of her doing time?

I'm really not sure what the exact charge was, but it was something to the affect of knowingly/willingly falsifying/tampering with a prescription of a narcotic. She had 2 state troopers come out to her house the day of the offense and explain what was going ot happen. THey said she would be notified when she needed to do whatever it was, but nothing ever showed until she found out there was a warrant out for her arrest. So, she turned herself in yesterday morning, and we were able (by some miracle) to get her an ROR. We have to go back today for something.
