What is the name of your state? California
I think that condo laws in california are under the davis sterling act.
part1: If someone or a small group buy 51% or more of a condo project can they force the entire property to be sold? In other words can they force small single unit owners of deeded real proeprty to sell because they have a majority share?
Part 2: Can a small group take control of 51% or more of a condo project and do capital improvements that are beyond the financial desire of small single unit owners therby forcing them to sell out to the small group by default as long as the 51% do proper voting for the capital improvements via the CCR's?
Thanks,
Bob
