If you know, somebody doing drug, where you have to report that?
Can you do it with out telling your name?

You can call the police, but if you don't give your name and if all you are reporting is someone doing drugs rather than possessing or selling them, they probably won't do anything about it. You might try to think of another way to deal with your personal problems with that person than to involve the law.
