I am on probation and enrolled in drug classes for Prop 36. Even though I enrolled, I have been unable to attend because of some serious dental problems. Can a judge give me a new date to start my classes? I don't want to get a probation violation. Anyone know the ins and outs of Prop 36 or probation?

You should notify the probation office immediately. In the future, it is always better to notify them in advance than after the fact.
