What is the name of your state? NC

I was pulled over for speeding.
Officer stated I was going 55 in a 45 but gave me a ticket for going "54 in a 54"
any chance this would be thrown out?

YOU: Your honor, I can't be cited for going the speed limit.
JUDGE: What are you talking about?
YOU: I was cited for going 54 in a 54 MPH zone.
JUDGE: (looking over the ticket then at the officer) Well? Would you care to explain?
OFFICER: I inadvertently switched the numbers around. It should have read 54 in a 45 zone.
JUDGE: Do I take that as your wish to amend?
OFFICER: Yes, your honor.
JUDGE: (scratches out 54 and puts in 45) GUILTY! Pay the clerk on your way out.
