What is the name of your state? Ohio

My boyfriend's license had just expired about a week prior - also received a ticket for speeding. To my knowledge he did not attend court to appeal it and the ticket has NOT been paid.

Does this mean the police will come looking for him to arrest him? And if so, then what happens?

Thanks,
Bluebird

If he does not pay the ticket a bench warrant will be issued for his arrest. Then his license will be expired and suspended.

While it is unlikely that they will come and arrest him, they will take him to jail if he is checked for any reason. When he does get this straightened out he probably will have a hard time getting auto insurance.
