The management company which is managing our 100 townhouse has been doing very bad job. The most of home owner want to fire this company. Could anybody tell me what kind of prodedure we shoul go through? Thanks.

**A: first review the contract, then follow the termination procedure as stated.

Yep, works great down on the farm but not at the American Restaurant at Crown Center in Kansas City
