Hi

i wonder if any body can help me, i live in a small teaced hose with a 4'6" passage to the rear the deeds of the house show i own the land the passage runs through anyway around 20 years ago all the neighbours who have access to the passage agreed to block it so each person extended there garden now a new person has moved in and is demanding right of way even thou he seen he situation before he moved in, can anybody tell me where i stand
