What is the name of your state? NY but was caught speeding in PA
I was caught going 55 on an empty road that had a 25 mph speed limit. I don't think the policeman used a radar to gauge my speed. I think he used "pacing", which i think? is following me at the same speed to clock my speed. Is there any way I can reduce the fine? How many points are going to be added to my license? I was caught in PA but i have a NY license. Do the points transfer over? Will i get probation? btw, my fine was 185 dollars. please help.
