Hello,
I am trying to expunge a record that was voted "NO Bill". After I filed a petition for expungement, I recieved a letter from the court that I needed to file an "Amended Petition" since I did not put "ALL the entities involved"
I'm curious on what agency you left out. I am currently in the process of doing an expungemt myself, (pro-se), and researching on the what agencies to put on. Here is what I have:
City & county police
TDPS
FBI
jail facilities
district attorney
district court
I am not sure where else do records go to in the state of texas.
Any suggestions, tips, advice will be appreciated.
