Heres what happen. A DPS (department of public safety/highway patrol) officer that i had been following for 30 miles or more gave me a citation for 76+ in a 75. I have a high tech radar detector that never went off. the citation says "pace" as form of tracking. I was not speeding. Is this 76+ a vague enough number to have this show an inaccuracy on his part? The radar guns history showed certification of over three months prior to the citation. does this help me? If he paced by speedometer, that has NO certification history. i just had new tires put on the vehicle. what should i do in court to show an error occured somewhere.
