My husband has provided insurance for his children for the past 10 years, Medical, dental, orthodontal. His ex-wife has decided
without notice to go outside his coverage and
obtain orthodontal services for thier daughter. His insurance has a 1000.00 co-pay
for Orthodontal services and we are willing to pay half. She is asking us to pay 1760.00
for the services that she has entered into. Are we legally bound to do what she is asking? She lives in Oregon. We live in Washington.
Thank-you
