No car info on exp reg ticket

What is the name of your state? texas
Is the ticket valid for expired registration when the officer did NOT put any info about the car on the ticket?...no year, make model, tag number..absolutely nothing. Can I fight this ticket and win?

If there is nothing to identify the car on the citation or the court documents, I would think that would be winnable. But, ya never know.
