I'm a single 20 year old mom with a 4 month old baby girl.
I'm in a very bad financial bind. I'm behind on almost all my bills. Trying to go to school, work and raise my daughter. I wanted to know if it is legal to except donations thru a web site.

And just why would people be "donating" money to you?

Sorry sweetie you're going to have to tough it out like everyone else. A good start is to evaluate your needs and wants and try to cut cost. They do have programs to help you such as WIC for baby formula. Medicaid or PeachCare for healthcare. TANF. Try to get child support (if daddy isn't around).
