i got arrested with the possesion of 1.5 g of weed and a pipe and i got two tickets. and i had to pay 40$ on each in bonds so i could get out. now i have to go to the city court and they told me that it is a local violation. does this go on my record? if yes how can anyone view it or know about it and finally how can i get off my record.

Here in Macomb, Illinois my friend got caught with weed, and a pipe, they gave him supervision for a year, and after he was done with supervision it got taken off his record.
