I hope someone can help me. I own 25% of an S corporation based in Florida and I would like to sell back the stock to the company and the other shareholders. Since it is a nightmare situation and there is no value to the stock, I am going to sell it back for $1. Does anyone have a form to accomplish this they could send me or could you tell me where I would find one? Also I believe that I need some type of indemnification from the company so that I cannot be held responsible for any actions past or present by the company or it's shareholders. Any sample documents you could send me?
