I have been selling on the internet (eBay) for about 3 years. I have a business license and tax i.d. #, etc. I have been a customer of company XYZ since July of 2003 at which time I placed and received and order for $1200 worth of their widgets. This year I have placed and received several orders worth approx $11000. Now I am being told by an assistant to the owner that they intend to 'update' their files in 2005 and will require pictures of everyone's brick and mortar store front in order to be eligible to place orders. I have never concealed the fact that I sell exclusively on the internet, but now they are going to make an issue of it. Can they do legally do that?
