My property has an easement for a road that myself and two neighbors use. There is no maintenance agreement for the easement. I’ve have been doing the maintenance on the gravel road since I build my house four years ago with my tractor. Recently, I had ten truck loads of new gravel delivered and I spread it out over the road, which is a half mile long. One neighbor is refusing to pay for their portion of the cost of the gravel. If there is no maintenance agreement, is it the law that all parties share is the cost of the maintenance?
