What is the name of your state? MA

My company offers free life insurance of $15,000 for all employees under 65 yrs. of age, however when one is over the age of 65 the amount decreases by 35%. Is this legal ? Is it discriminatory ?
There are some who are older than 65 in the company that are healthier than some younger than 65.

Thank you for you comments.

Yes, it's perfectly legal. Every group term life insurance policy I've ever seen calls for a reduction in the death benefit payable beginning at age 65 if the individual is still working.
