Quick Question about article 15

is there a time limit or a certain time frame when a unit may give you an article 15 from wich the time the inccident happend?

When did you commit the alleged offense and when did the offer the 15?

it was like 2 and a half months ago. they havent offered me an article 15 jet. they say that the paperwork is supposely still at jag. i think there just lazy.

If it was just two months ago I'd bet they're still investigating you.

Yup. They have 5 YEARS to bring charges/offer an article 15 -- unless they have you confined or restricted as a result of the pending charges.
