I'm am trying to obtain a license for the selling of a product from the company who produced it. The company has stopped selling the license for unknown reasons but allow others to run the product and sell it. Before they discontinued the giving of the license they sent me the info and paper work to obtain the license. I filled it out and faxed it back. The requirements for obtaining the license were all met. When waiting for the software to be sent to me they said they were no longer accepting any new licensees. Is this legal to pick and choose and deny others the sale of this license? Is this against the law?
