this is about the people that live next to us(i will not call them neighbors as the phrase does not apply to them at all!)we had a property survey done about 1 year ago,stakes were put up and boundries were marked,last week the male of the group had some yard work done that extended over to our property as well as implied to the workers that all of the property they were doing work to was his..in the process the boundry stakes were removed and were not put back,we talked to the workers and they said he had removed it,now there is no stake to mark the line on that end of the property.what recourse do we have ????

Send the neighbor a CERTIFIED (RRR) Cease and Desist letter demanding they return the survey stakes to their legal position with three days of receipt of the letter or you will file suit in small claims court for the cost of a new survey with court costs and costs of the new survey taxed to them.
Be prepared to have the employees testify.
