What is the name of your state? Arizona

I was terminated even thought i was on FMLA but i have a question regarding my sick time, vacation time and personal time. Am I entitled to the pay for them?

In AZ, you are only entitled to payment of your unused vacation only if your employer has such a policy. No State requires that unused sick and/or personal time be paid out upon separation. If your employer's policy (which is voluntary) calls for the payment of paid fringe benefits upon termination, then accrued vacation is also due.
