What is the name of your state? tn

the property that joins my property has a water easement to it. it is a business. there is a mobile home on the property also that we occupied before. we ran the water to this home , put in a septic tank , and power pole, my mother lived there after us. there is no contract with the owner of this property for water rights, the only easement was for the business . the owner wants the mobile home removed from his property, does he have the right to use our water if he puts a mobile home on this lot?

The easement was NOT for the business. It was for access to a water supply. So, despite your totally incoherent post, yes, it's perfectly legal depending on the EXACT wording of the easement agreement.

yes it was for the business. incoherrent? the easement was established after the store building was built there and it was sold to someone else.
