What is the name of your state? Maryland
I am from NY and recently moved to Maryland. I got pulled over for speeding and the cop told me he couldnt check any of my info since I was out of state. I finally recieved my citation from the court and it has my last name spelled wrong. I mean really wrong. Plus the address is also wrong I dont even know how it got to my place. After recievin this I looked at me ticket and noticed the same mistakes on it. Does this make the ticket null and void since its not me. Any suggestions on what I should do. Do I even have to show up for court?
