I recently had $347 dollars taken from my paycheck for a supposedly unpaid fix it ticket from 1994 for a cracked windshield. I know I paid it, I have an invoice for the cracked windshield but as it has been almost 11 years, I no longer have the signed off ticket. I never recieved any notice of collection. I have lived at the same address for 19 years. Is there anything I can do?
