What is the nameundefined of your state? KS

I was wondering what the chances are of changing things when writing a response to an article 15?
What advice would one give someone doing so? This member has 18 years in and am not sure what advice to give them.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Are you the ADC? If not, go to the ADC. If you are the ADC, give me a call, ask for LTC badapple, tomorrow or Friday, I've got a reserve tour this weekend, AFLSA/JAJA and I'll give you some ideas.
