We received a $50,000.00 deposit from a customer for the purchase of a private coach in sept, 2004. He also requested about $45,000.00 in upgrades, which we did. Now in December he's decided that he can not get financing for the coach. Are we required to refund his deposit. Also there is nothing in our contract about deposit refunds and the upgrades to the coach was a verbal agreement.
