1.how long can a service member be held after there ets are retirement for a investigation( no charges are have be filed) the service member is a suspect.
2.can the service member be depolyed while this investigation is going , even if they have all ready outprocessed?
3.what is the longest time a chain of command normal awaits for charges to come ?
