Ky, Person Fell In Parking Lot Of Resturant, Torn Rotator Cuff, Has To Have Surgery. Ins Of Resturant Wants To Pay A Total Of $5000.00, Which Will Probably Not Pay Dr Visits And Surgery. Can They File Additional Charges With Health Ins?

This is more information but still not all the necessary facts.
How did the person fall? Is it their health insurance, if so what have all the insurance companies said, that's the kind of facts we need to answer.

I'm not fluent in Redneck, but are you asking whether if you take a $5,000 settlement from the restaurant where you fell but you still have medical bills after that, can you file those extra bills under your own health insurance?
