What is the name of your state? Florida.
My parents condo was badly damaged in our recent hurricanes,
My father is 92 and my mother is 86. I have been their primary care giver the last 4 years and I am not in the best of health myself.
I am trying to get my parents into a nursing home but need to put their condo under my name so they will qualify for full coverage at the home.
At pressent their condo is devalued because of the damages.
