What is the name of your state?
Florida.
My mother-in-law is resident of Condo for 55 and older. She keep telling me at her Condo's by-law or deed restriction has restriction about parking pick-up truck over night at Condo Owner's parking space or Guest parking area.
Pick-up truck is for only personal use only and never uses as commercial use. no commercial ID, name of company, logos, phone numbers. Pick-up truck has original and regular paint from auto-maker (no special paint job ).

In my opinion Condo's by-law and deed restriction is old and no longer force a parking restriction against pick-up trucks. If Condo Association can force parking restriction against trucks, how about SUVs, there is no mentioning of SUVs? or may Condo Association can change or modifies Condo's by-law or deed restriction so only "white BMW no older than 2 years old" can park over night at Condo complex?

Any answers or court cases to support Truck owners at Condos?

**A: post the cite (word for word) from the CC&R's that they have referenced that prohibit the pickup truck from parking in the lot.
