What is the name of your state? NC
I got a ticket going 15 miles over, I know it's a long shot, but they marked pm instead of am on the time slot (received at 6:24am) could this get it thrown out? Also, if not, does anyone have any advice on getting tickets thrown out? Should I hire a lawyer?

Didn't bother to do a search for this question before posting, eh? No, the wrong check box does not invalidate the ticket. Read the other posts here for more specific advice. A lawyer is always a good idea when you go to court.
