What is the name of your state? NY
Just got my first speeding tickcet (43/25). I know I have a chance of paying extra money and not getting points - if i'm lucky.
But, I've heard rumors, that noone can prove, thought, that if I just pay the ticket right away, points won't go on my NY license.
Is that true?

Thanks a lot for your answers.

Nope. Neither is the "pay $1 more than the ticket and don't cash the refund check" thing.
