if i sold a car on ebay that is 14 years old and i listed it as having 54k
instead of the actual odometer because it has a new motor and sold the car " AS-IS" is that fraud and can criminal charges be brought against me?
please let me know, i was told that any vehicle over 10 years old is milage exempt. is this true and does that apply?
