What is the name of your state? TX
I got a speeding ticket in College Station TX for going 83 in a 70 zone (I was trying to pass a truck that was weaving out of its lane into mine, but try telling that to the cop). What are my options for deferred ajudication? This is my first ticket ever (I am 21). Am I better off taking the defensive driving? I want to do whatever's cheapest (and gets the ticket off my record). The defensive driving option requires you to pay 97 in dismissal fees and then 40 bucks for the defensive driving class. But what is deferred ajudication?
