The State doesn't matter for my question

In the middle to late 60's my father served in the U.S. Army.
He had money deducted from his pay Allotment to buy and
have mail to me U.S. Savings Bonds. The Bonds was
REGISTERED in both our names, He was owner and I was the
BENEFICIARY (POD) I had about 14-17 Savings Bonds
In 1991 I was able to cash one of the Bonds at a local
Bank which have long been closed. I remember leaving
the rest of the Bonds on a airplane, I've never seen them
again.I thought the bonds was my lost, I never knew that
Bonds could be replaced. Never writings down any information
about the Bonds. Like Issue Dates and Serial No. My only
memory of the Bonds is that they was E savings bonds with
$25.00 Face Value that my dad paid $18.70 FOR I think. I also
know that they had to be Serial E BONDS ISSUED FROM 1967 TO 70.
I've contacted the Public Deth .Which refuse to answere my question

Will you answere --My father is dead, as beneficiary I was allowed to cash only one of the bonds in 1991, The Bonds was bought for my fathers
military pay AND HAD TO BE REGISTERED.

MY QUESTIONS IS - WHO HAVE THE ORIGINAL SAVINGS BONDS REGISTRATION RECORDS?
AND WHEN A BOND IS CASHED DO THE ORIGINAL BOND END UP IN A
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK?

SINCE I DON'T HAVE THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO FIND OUT IF THE
REST OF THE BONDS WAS NOT CASHED. SHOULDN'T THE MILITARY
ARE THE FEDERAL BANK HAVE COPIES OF SAVINGS BONDS REGIATRATIONS?
