What is the name of your state? Virginia

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was involved in a car accident where earlier I had a few drinks.
I was given a field sobriety test as well as a breatalizer on suspiscion due to smell and passed both. I then provided an accident report to the police after which they let me drive home.
The accident is a he said/she said in which both parties are claiming the other at fault -- this will go to court so my question is on the traffic report is there going to be mention of alcohol even though I was within the legal limit?

Thanx.

Request a copy of the police/accident report, then you will have your answer.

Thanx -- is that something my lawyer can do? Or should I go to the court house and do it?

You obtain it from the police department, not the court. Your attorney may have already obtained a copy. Call the attorney's office and check to see if they obtained a copy of the police report, if they have it, they can answer your question, if not, obtain the report yourself and forward it to your attorney, either way you get the answer to your question.
