What is the name of your state? TX

I received a speeding ticket in which an invalid court date was written. I have been requested as of December 15, 2004 to appear in court or pay the fines by January 4, 2004. Seeing as how January 4, 2004 is already gone, what do I need to do? Any chance that the ticket will be thrown out? I have looked at several other postings and cannot quite figure it out. Thanks everyone.

No. Pay it before you lose your license and/or have a warrant issued for your arrest.
