What is the name of your state? California
I was fired at an Indian Casino for what they claimed was breaking a reasonable rule. I am an Executive Host and my only job is Guest Service and Complimentary items. I have begun the Appeal for Unemployment but would like the Labor Board to get involved after? Is there a time frame?
Are the laws on Tribal Labor issues separate from Non-Tribal?
Many serious incidents happened..example..guests using unbelievable language and asking to bend me over and _________ and this was tolerated and excused. Many more on the same lines and all tolerated as these guests were the highest level of Gambler with Huge losses.I am a very bright woman who pushed many buttons on the Vice President and she took a singling out approach to fire me ! I am sure if this was any California Corporation it would be easy but I am very unclear on what an employees rights are on tribal ground? Can anyone help? Is the procedure different because I have been terminated?

Yes, tribal law is different and if this happened on tribal land, no one here can help you. You are going to have to find an attorney that specializes in tribal law.
