What is the name of your state? CA

I have joined a site called free-bracelet.com around 6 months ago and got a Tiffany bracelet for free after completing 3 offers stated in their requirement page. Since there's no catch, I go ahead and joined another site, producttestpanel.com's incentive program and this time, trying to get an Apple G5 17" Desktop by completing 6 offers.

There's a status page from the site which shows you what offers you completed and what thier company has on record. I have already completed all 6 offers. 3 of the offers I completed are shown on the status page correctly but 3 of them are not. So I emailed them regarding of the other 3 "unrated" offers I completed and they helped me put 2 of them back on the status page. So, now, I have a total of 5 "completed" offers shown on my status page. But since I completed and needed 6 offers to get the redemption ticket online and they only gave me 5, I sent them many emails with proofs asking them to correct my status page or to let me know what exactly I am missing. But I have received no reply or whatsoever. This is very unfair to me as I spent my money to complete those offers and they get paid from each of the advertisers for what I did. And on top of that, I really did do what they required and I should get what I was told to get. They stated in their FAQ section that I should get a reply within 48 hours but I didn't. I really don't know what to do to at least get them reply my emails or give me my Apple desktop. Is there anything that I can do? Did you guys tried or heard of these sites? Is there any catch to it? Please give me some advice!

THanks!

Short of filing a lawsuit, no.

Yes, and yes. Most often they are MLM scam sites who's only real interest is in selling THEIR products.... and NOT giving anything away.

Regretably, your only options are to continue to harass them until you get tired and then, when you research the possiblity of a lawsuit, discover that they are either immune (due to non-existance), or simply not economically feasible to pursue them (travel, etc. to THEIR location). For example, you are in California and they are in SC:

THanks.
Anyways, I will try to report to Better Business Bureau first to see if they can help me with anything.
